What Needs to Change for INFJs
The biggest challenge that I have seen for INFJs tends to come from their own expectations of themselves. The INFJ is so kind, gentle, and loving that it is hard for them to see that other people have their own faults. The INFJ does not see the world this way. Their compassion blinds them to other people's shortcomings, and they can be very hard on themselves when they are able to see those shortcomings.
