What is the personality type of J? Which MBTI personality type best fits? Personality type for J from Closers and what is the personality traits.
J personality type is INFJ, but if we are trying to explore INFJ strengths and weaknesses, and we are asking, "What would make the INFJ a better INFJ?" it is important to know that the INFJ is not actually a better INFJ. They are not particularly better in any particular way. Instead, they are growing, learning, and trying to develop their strengths into their strengths. The INFJ is always improving upon themselves, learning to be more effective in the ways that they can be.
The INFJ personality type is not about being a better INFJ, but about being an even better INFJ. They are always striving to be the best INFJ that they can be.
What Needs to Change for INFJs
The biggest challenge that I have seen for INFJs tends to come from their own expectations of themselves. The INFJ is so kind, gentle, and loving that it is hard for them to see that other people have their own faults. The INFJ does not see the world this way. Their compassion blinds them to other people's shortcomings, and they can be very hard on themselves when they are able to see those shortcomings.
