Haruka Kodama is a Japanese idol singer and first generation member of the girl group HKT48, wherein she served as the original center and absolute ace. In HKT48, she was in Team H, while holding a concurrent position in AKB48 from 2013 to 2018. Her 2012 participation in "Manatsu no Sounds Good!" marked the first ever appearance of an HKT48 member in an AKB48 single. She has been the center of four HKT48 singles: "Hikaeme I Love You!", "12 Byō", "Shekarashika!", and "74okubun no 1 no Kimi e", the highest record in the group. Following a prolonged hiatus due to poor health, she graduated from the group in June 2019, and is now pursuing acting full-time.
