So that’s how the idea for this blog came to be.
I set out to find out.
Thai foods are widely available in Canada, so I was able to find some good recipes to try out.
It was the first time I tried Bhatura, which is basically a bread made from whole wheat flour. It’s not the same as roti in India, but its similar enough that they can be considered similar.
I was surprised when I found it in the fridge at my parents’ home. I was expecting to find it at an Indian restaurant, but this was unexpected.
The bread is typically served with curry or chutney, or with anything else you please, really. It’s pretty versatile.
