    ISTP (1w9)

Koichi Domoto personality type is ISTP, and he's a proven leader in his profession.

In a world of corporate politics, a corporate ladder that climbs to the top, and a world that runs by the hour, the ISTP personality type is one of the rarest. The ISTP personality type is a slow-burner who's not going to let the rest of the world dictate his or her life. ISTPs are not necessarily loyal to anyone or anything, and they don't need to be. ISTPs are out for themselves and their personal advancement, and they'll do whatever it takes to get what they want. They don't necessarily have any respect for authority, but they do have enough self-awareness to understand that their path is a difficult one.

ISTPs work best in a business environment that allows them to focus on other things. ISTPs have dedicated work ethics, and there's nothing they love more than a good challenge. They're often artists, musicians, dancers, and other creative people who need to be challenged to keep their creativity flowing. ISTPs thrive when there is a clear purpose behind what they do, and they can focus on what matters most to them. ISTPs have a strong desire to succeed and do not take failure well.
