“Claus” is a nickname given to a boy who is a particularly good friend.
I created this personality type to describe the type of friendship I have with my wife. When I was in high school, I had a very close friend. We spent all of our time together, and we were always there for each other when we needed it. We were inseparable! Over the years, we drifted apart. My friend moved away, and we lost touch with each other. When I got married, I knew that I wanted that type of friendship with my wife. So I created “Claus” to describe the type of guy that would be my friend for life!
Claus is based on the Enneagram Type system, which was developed by C.G. Jung in 1921.
I created this personality type because I wanted to help people understand how to understand others better. As I read more about the Enneagram, I found more and more similarities between the Enneagram and Myers Briggs; even though they are both different systems.
