Paula personality type is ENFJ, in my opinion.
The ENFJ personality type is perceived as warm, enthusiastic, altruistic, and giving. They are the “people’s people” and they enjoy talking to others.
ENFJs are the most extroverted personality type. They are also the last personality type to really introspect, think about their own feelings, and come to conclusions about who they are and what they want in life. They rarely, if ever, really introspect. Instead, they take their beliefs and opinions for granted and believe that others should do the same.
ENFJ personality types are frequently great leaders, at least in the sense that their leadership skills come naturally to them. The problem comes when they lead in ways that don’t align with their values or beliefs. They are frequently not very good at conflict resolution because they are not conflict-oriented at all.

Paula Jones (Japanese: ポーラ・ジョーンズ Paula Jones)[2] is one of the playable characters in EarthBound. She is the first to join Ness, and the only female member of Ness's team. She usually uses frying pans as her primary weapon, along with many powerful PSI powers. Her HP and defense are rather low, but she has high PP and is the fastest of the playable characters. She has a Pray ability, which calls forth one of many possible random effects in battle.
There are several characters in the game that believe Ness and Paula are dating; from Ness's Mother to Jeff Andonuts, the latter says so at the end of the game.
Paula is portrayed as a kind, fairly weak and cutesy girl in the original release, to the point where she states she almost cried when she was locked up. However, Marcus Lindblom had stated that he revised Paula's character during localization to be a more forceful, capable and "willing to destroy" character.
