Elliot Reid personality type is ENFP, but I’m not very good with ENFPs. A lot of them can be a pain in the ass with their “Nothing is ever good enough” and “I’m never going to be happy unless I win the lottery”, and they tend to be really difficult to work with. But there are ENFPs who, if you just give them the right amount of feedback and tell them what you want, suddenly they become incredibly productive and help you a lot.
I tend to prefer MBTI over ENTJ and ESTJ because MBTI is less about what type of person you are and more about how you think and feel. MBTI is similar to Myers-Briggs in that it’s a personality test, but it’s designed to better help people understand themselves. ENTJs and ESTJs are great at getting things done and making things happen, but they can sometimes get so caught up in their own heads that they lose sight of other people, especially other people who can be helpful to them.
MBTI is also useful for understanding the differences between people who seem similar.
