(Which is true, but I'm not sure why this user felt the need to make this distinction.)
I think the "official" opinion of the wikipedia ENTP page is that ENTPs are mischievous, selfish, unreliable, and non-conforming individuals who usually do not realize how much (or how little) they annoy everyone around them. (Which is probably what I would have written!)
But if author's intent is to convey that ENTPs are self-centered, self-confident, and uncaring jerks who steamroll others with their logic and charisma, then I think this is a good characterization.
