I think it's important to have the ability to do that in your life, and maybe if you're a person who isn't naturally that way, you have to work at it. I think being adaptable is a really cool thing about being an ESTP.
ESTPs are definitely high-energy. They're someone who's high energy and on the go, and they can be kind of goofy, which is one of my favorite things about them.
This is a real ESTP moment: we're going to be at dinner and I'm like, "Let's do a spontaneous dance." We're in this very fancy restaurant and we're dancing and they're like, "What the hell is going on? Why are you guys dancing? Why are you doing this?" And I'm like, "We're just having fun!" But it was kind of a spontaneous thing and that's something ESTPs often do. They're very spontaneous and they're not afraid to do what they want.
