5.0 out of 5 stars Insightful Format: Paperback This book has a very interesting format as it is split into four parts with each one focussing on a different aspect of personality type. It is written in an interesting way that makes it easy to read and follow, without the need to re-read it frequently. The author, Isabel Myers-Briggs, was an American psychologist who studied personality which really is a subject that I have never studied before, but after reading this book I feel much more knowledgeable about it. I found it very interesting how everyone has a different way of thinking, reacting and processing information, but that they all share a set of common attributes as well as some common personality traits. I am still not fully sure what my own personality type is, but I feel that I am more of an ENFP and would include a few of the type's characteristics in my own personality.
