What is the personality type of Jessica “Jess” Day? Which MBTI personality type best fits? Personality type for Jessica “Jess” Day from New Girl 2011 and what is the personality traits.
Jessica “Jess” Day personality type is ENFP, and I’ve been working with her for over a year, and she’s come a long way. Her personality type is not usually associated with the process of making healthy changes, and she’s one of the people who surprised me the most in terms of how intentional she is.
Jess knows what she wants, and she knows what she doesn’t want. While it’s easy to say “I want to lose weight”, it’s not so easy to say “I don’t want to be on a diet right now.” She says that she doesn’t want to feel deprived, but right now, she doesn’t want to be on a diet. She wants to have some self-discipline, but not deprive herself of the things that are good for her.
Working with Jess has been a journey of self-discovery. I can help her identify what is sabotaging her, what is keeping her from moving forward, and how to get past her fears.
Jess is not ready to make big changes right now, but I can help her make small changes every day, and build on them over time.
She is the protagonist of the series. Jess is a bubbly teacher, in her thirties, cheerful, enthusiastic and sensitive, always ready to joke, but at the same time she gets down easily. She loves humming and making up short songs, and with her behaviors she seems to go out of her way to embarrass others.
