Bearclaw personality type is ENFP, so I am in disagreement that ENFPs are Fi doms. ENFPs are not "in" Fi, but rather "out" and "up" Fi. The Fi-dom part of the description is true for Extraverted Intuitive Feeling types, but it seems to me to be describing an inferior function rather than the dominant function (along the lines of Extraverted Thinking dominating Introverted Feeling).
The thing that caught my eye was the additional items that you listed: "You are at the mercy of your emotions and easily swayed by them, especially those of others."
I know that I am capable of being swayed by other people's emotional appeals, but I also know that I am capable of thinking clearly and acting based on logic and values. If I am being swayed by emotional appeals, it is because I am being irrational, not because I am being emotional.
ENFPs are at the mercy of their emotions because they have a hard time understanding the subjective meanings of those emotions and applying them to the objective world around them. This is a problem with Fi (judging) rather than ENFPs' dominant function (perceiving).
