Coach Rick Mellor personality type is ESFP, as I’m sure you’ve seen from my previous blog posts. He’s a great manager. He has a lot of relationships, and he’s a very decent and decent man.
He’s the first manager that I ever worked for that took me aside and said: “I don’t want you to focus on the numbers and the metrics. I want you to focus on the bigger picture and the relationships and the people.” I think that was the right call. He’s a great guy. He’s passionate, and he’s not afraid to be passionate. He’s not afraid to go out there and spread his message and talk about it. He’s very passionate.
His personality type is ESFP, as I’ve said before, and he’s got a lot of that going for him. He’s got a big heart and a big soul and a big passion. He has a great work ethic and he’s a very positive guy. I know he’s very proud of all the work that he does.
