Belaf personality type is INFJ, the Explorer. I'm not sure if this is true about INFJs in general, but this definitely applies to me.
I have a high degree of anxiety, which is something that all ENFPs have. I also have a tendency towards being obsessive or being in one place too long. These are all things that could be mistaken for depression.
I have a hard time believing that anyone could be happy in a place where they are constantly undergoing stress and suffering. I feel like I am always on the verge of breaking down and that if I am not careful I am going to lose my grip on reality.
I am, however, capable of being okay in even the most stressful of situations if I am given the right amount of structure and support. I am the type of person who needs to be able to know what is expected of me and to be able to work towards accomplishing those goals.
This is something that is more of a struggle for me than for other EPs, but it is very important to me to know exactly what is expected of me and to be on the same page as those who are responsible for my work and development.
