Ann Nielsen personality type is INFP, because I have this strange desire to not be rude, so I usually just go with the flow even if it sucks, and I don't usually get angry or upset when things don't go how I wanted them to. I've been told I'm good at reading people's intentions, so I usually try to see things from their perspective. But when I have to force myself to do that, it can get in the way of me being able to do that in the first place.
I don't know how much of that is true, but in my experience, I don't think it could be worse.
It's probably not possible for me to completely understand where you are coming from when you talk about having to force yourself to be resentful. But when this thing started, I was in a kind of strange place in my life where I was in a new relationship, thinking about moving to another city, and trying to figure out what my career path would be when I wasn't doing anything with it, because I had just finished grad school, and was 22 years old.
I didn't understand what was going on at all.
I just wanted to get away from people.
