Moogie personality type is ESTP, which is the most common personality type in the world and the one in which I was previously classified. I’ve never been a personality type that believed in type shaming, but I think it only makes sense that it was a mistake, because I’ve never particularly been interested in my Myers-Briggs type before. I’ve always just been interested in the ISTP personality type, which is the one I originally thought I was. But since I’ve read so much about MBTI, I’ve come to appreciate the strengths of other types, and have a better understanding of my own.
It was in the context of MBTI and MBTI-related things (and in the context of all the MBTI books and tests and stuff) that I first came across the idea of the Moogie personality type, and then discovered this interesting test of Moogies (which I’ll link to at the end!), which actually tested whether or not I was a Moogie. But first, let me explain why someone would think they might be a Moogie.
