Matt Garetty personality type is ESFP, and this is the first book I've read that really captures him.
I'm not sure I totally agree with some of the conclusions he draws (he's a little too hard on his dad, for example) but it's an interesting, entertaining read. I think the real strength of this book is how it captures your attention and makes you want to read more - it's a page-turner, and I couldn't put it down.
I do feel like this book got a bit bogged down in specific details of how to do things, and that this might be a book that someone who had more experience could use as a reference book. But on the other hand, it's a quick read and it's easy to dip in and out of. The chapters are short enough that you don't have to read every day to get the most from the book - either one or two pages is fine.
I'd definitely recommend this book if you're interested in understanding yourself better. And if you're interested in understanding your kids, then I'd also recommend this book, because this is a book that really addresses the issues that they face.
