As far as people in general are concerned, I think that my ENFJ personality type helps me to be more social than the INTP personality type would help me to be. I can tell when someone is uncomfortable with me, so I can adapt accordingly. And because I’ve been around so many people over the years, I can adapt to almost anyone’s personality type.
I’m also able to see when people are uncomfortable with me. And when everyone is at ease in a room I’m in, I feel like everyone is in sync. There’s just something about that that feels good.
For example, in this interview I did with my friend Ben Pasternak, he asked me how I got started in software development. It was an interesting question because it was way outside of the field I was working in at the time. But it’s not like he didn’t get any information out of it.
