Utsugi personality type is ESFP, and he is a very sweet and kind person. I don't know what the other people's problem with him is, but I'm not going to pick on them. I like Utsugi, he's my friend.
Now that that's cleared up it was just an observation, not an attack.
As for Nezumi, I've only seen this person a few times. The last time I remember seeing him was at the SFV tournament. He was pretty much just a surfer dude and I didn't know what his personality type was. He was friendly with everyone, so I don't see why people would be making complaints about him.
As for my friend, who was at the VF tournament and is a non-PEN, I don't think you should go around attacking people, especially people you don't know.
