Zaguan personality type is ENFJ, the "enthusiastic motivator", or "idealist", or sometimes referred to as the "Communicator". ENFJs are often the most charismatic and influential people in their environments, and possess a passion and dedication to their goals and ideals that can be infectious. They can be both charming and persuasive, and will often work toward the greater good. They are warm and outgoing, giving off a sense of warmth and happiness. They can be excellent at communication and persuasion, and will work toward bringing out the best in others. As a result, people may often follow their lead. They are hard workers, and can often push themselves too hard, which can lead to exhaustion and overwork. ENFJ also has the biggest risk of becoming "burned out" on an endeavor, often pushing themselves too hard for work, neglecting their personal needs and interests, and missing out on healthy hobbies and recreational activities.
