Gunkan personality type is ENFP, so she has no problem with this. If you're an ENFP, you're likely much more likely to enjoy this type of thing than I am. I'm just not that into shows that spotlight Enneagram types.
And then there's the complete lack of character development in the show. Most of the characters are flat, and they're all pretty obvious archetypes. Much of the point of anime is character development, and this show simply doesn't have it.

Gunkan no Baltzar is a series you can watch on Crunchyroll. There are a couple ways to watch it, depending on whether or not you have a Premium membership. You can watch it on Crunchyroll's free streaming service, but I don't think it's as good as the Premium service. And if you're a premium member, you can watch it on Crunchyroll's app.
I don't really care for the app, but if you're a premium member, the app is probably your best bet.
