Sinbad personality type is ESTP, of course. Do you know how I’m so sure? I am of the opinion that Dante’s Divine Comedy is the greatest literary work of all time, and his use of Si (he renamed it Ego) in his masterpiece is just perfect. The Si of the lone traveler Dante is the Si of the small-time con man/rapper/bar tender on the streets of New York. His Si is also the Si of the petty thief who steals only to get enough money to feed himself. And his Si is also the Si of the barroom brawler who works by fear and force of will.
The Si of the worldly poet, the healer, the scholar, is completely different than these other Si’s, i.e. an ESTP. Dante’s Si is far more subdued than these others, but it is still very much there. Its purpose is different, but its presence is always there.
You can see this in his poem, “The Inferno”, in which he depicts the seven circles of hell, each representing an aspect of human nature that leads to its own destruction.
