Chicken Lady personality type is ISTJ, the most common personality type, and the one that I would have thought represented me the most. I am an introvert, I like to be alone, and all my friends say I seem very reserved. I am, but only to a point. While I am by nature introverted and prefer to go alone, I also like spending time with people. I have some of my best conversations with close friends when I am alone, but I am also a more social person who can be counted on for a party or event here and there.
So it can be strange to me that I have such a hard time making friends, especially in Japan. My first year here, my classmates and I would meet up at a cafe every day after school. We would read the sports section of the paper, drink green tea and talk about everything from anime to music to romance. Eventually, we all bonded and became friends. That group of us stayed together until last year – we were all in our early twenties.
After that, we kind of drifted apart. But I continued meeting up with them whenever we were all in town together.
