Abyssinia personality type is ENFJ, or the “The Giving, The Sharing, The Careing”. This is the one I identified with most, and one that I think is potentially the most misunderstood and misrepresented type.
ENFJs are the ones who get out there, help people in need, and donate to countless causes, from schools to charities to helping kids with cancer. They are so excited about helping people, they do it almost without thinking. They get so wrapped up in the positive purpose of giving back to others, they often forget to take proper care of themselves.
ENFJs are not self-absorbed or selfish people. They care so much about other people, they often neglect their own needs in the process. They are what I would call “giver-centered”. If they could care for everyone else, they would. And they will often put the needs of others ahead of their own.
I know at least a handful of ENFJs personally, and I must say, I’ve always been impressed with them. They seem to be the idealists in the world, constantly searching for ways to improve things for everyone around them.
