Glinda personality type is ENFJ, which isn't surprising since her personality type is Ni (functioning), Fe (perceiving) and Ti (thinking). What's interesting is that when she's not as a Glinda, she is literally the opposite of her true self. If you've ever seen the show Wicked, you know that when she's not as Glinda, she's very bitchy and rude. And she has a very feminine voice.

In my opinion, this is the most accurate description of her personality type. She's very polite, conservative, kind and generous. She's also very good at hiding her true emotions.
But I'm curious about why it took her so long to tell Dorothy about her true self. Why would she risk being perceived as a wicked witch? And why did she need to conform to a feminine role?
