The ENFP personality type is usually extremely sensitive, and very easily hurt by criticism or rejection. They are usually highly empathetic, and are willing to help others out in any way they can.
Because of their ability to express their feelings, they often get taken advantage of. This can cause them to get angry at times, and get defensive. They can be very manipulative, and can often get others to do their dirty work for them.
