un:c personality type is ISFJ, so she's very much like an ISFJ character. I don't think it's at all unreasonable to assume that her portrayal reflects something of the real-life personality types of ISFJs.
Also, ISFJs (like all types) are heavily influenced by the environment. For instance, if you work with ISFJs, you'll probably notice that they take things very seriously. They can't laugh at themselves; they take everything seriously, until the situation changes. If you're hanging out with them, they'll take everything seriously (even if it's not necessarily their actual responsibility) until the situation changes.
