David said, “I want the house to be more of a home than a place. It had to be functional but also look good. I want it to be like my old house in some ways, but more like a home.” He described the house as “a blend of the old and the new.”
He’d chosen the new home on the lot next door to his older house because he liked the size of the lot (about 4 acres) and the positioning of the houses on it (close to each other). He was also drawn to the location because it was close to Old Town, has access to golf courses, and is just a short drive from the ocean.
