boyfriend 2 personality type is ESTP, and I’m a well-established, not-so-secret INFJ. We have a lot in common, he’s a well-read, accomplished, very intelligent guy with a great sense of humor and a highly developed moral code. We also have a lot of differences, but we’re both in our mid-twenties and have a lot of years ahead to find out if the differences will work in our favor or not.
We have been together for over a year and half now. He’s the first guy I’ve been with who I feel completely comfortable with. The first guy I’ve been with who I feel completely comfortable with from the very beginning. In short, he is my soulmate. I love him to death.
I don’t know what to do, though. He’s a very immature guy. He has a hard time getting to know me. He wants to be in control of the relationship, and I feel stifled by that. He has a problem communicating his feelings, and I feel like I’m always having to guess what he’s thinking and feeling.
