He seems to be a bit more competitive then his other teammates, as he often gets very angry when his friends are getting hurt. Unlike his teammates who are rather laid back, Sizemore is a very intense and passionate person, as he often gets upset if the other team is losing. However, even though he is a very intense person, he is still very friendly and social to other people.
In the alternate timeline, Sizemore has been shown to be a violent and angry person, as he was very hostile towards the other team and was frequently setting off bombs to attack them. He also seemed to be willing to kill his friends if they got in his way, as he killed Amara in cold blood after she had saved his life.

As stated in the episode "Big Trouble in Little Sizemore", Sizemore possesses the ability to project his thoughts into reality. He does not always use this power though, as he has also used it in the past to simply make things like paper airplanes.
