The only way I make a diagnosis without a full medical history is by using my intuition and a few pieces of information from a person's story.
In my experience, if I don't know the person well, the diagnosis is inaccurate because I don't know enough about their background. If I know them well, I'll be able to accurately diagnose the root cause of their mental health issues. In this case, I know that the woman is an ISFP, so I'd say she has a low self esteem, depression, anxiety, and borderline personality disorder.
