History
ShadyPenguinn is the son of Penguin and Kermit the Frog. He was first mentioned in "The Muppets Visit the White House" when Kermit the Frog mentioned him not being able to "do" Christmas due to the fact that his parents are divorced.
In "The Muppets' Christmas: Letters to Santa", it is revealed that ShadyPenguinn's parents were divorced sometime earlier in his life and he was forced to move in with his mother. He got into trouble with the police for tagging a building with graffiti which read "Mommy Dearest" and was subsequently sent to a juvie home for boys. Kermit the Frog and The Great Gonzo were able to get ShadyPenguinn out of juvie, but he was still angry at his mother for the way she treated him and stated that he doesn't "do" Christmas.
