I think of things as “good” or “bad” and so I am very concerned with the quality of life and its potential for enhancing my power of perception.
A bad day for me is one of those days where you either lose your temper or you don’t get anything done. A good day is when you get through all your tasks and feel like you did productive work. I do not like putting off things that need to be done, so I will work on them when I have time. Sometimes this results in not getting everything done in time for the deadline, but at least I was working on something.
