I have been an ENFP all my life. It was only recently that I learned about the existence of this type. I have always been a complete outsider, as is usually the case with ENFPs.

They feel like they should be more “normal” and less unique than they actually are. They want to be seen as the “good guy” who is normal and not weird, but they don't always know how to reach out and make friends.
More often than not, they will find people who feel like kindred spirits and share their interests such as animals, arts, and the like. They often become good friends with people like this and form real bonds with them.
I have never been afraid to be myself and I have always felt that I am more than capable of making friends and standing by them.
