Kuromaru Shisa personality type is ISFP, and he is essentially the same as the original Kuromaru Shisa (the one who chases after Sanji), except...he's a lot more violent.
Sanji has a lot of...strong feelings about women. During his time in the Amazon, he was clearly infatuated with Nami, but he also fell in love with the crew member who captured him (Pudding), and pretty much every woman Sanji encounters (except Lily Allen at the end of the Alabasta Arc).
Sanji's dream of finding his mother is probably what made him join CP9, because he wanted to find her, and he thought that they'd be able to kill her.
Sanji's relationship with the women in his life is the same as Nami's. He goes after them, tries to win their hearts, and eventually wins them over. When these women are eventually caught by the other Straw Hats, he reverts back to his typical personality, but he still loves them.
Sanji's body was frozen for over 300 years after the Enies Lobby Arc because he had already died in the Pirate Era.
