I have a lot of anxiety in my life. When I was younger I was very anxious all the time. It took me a long time to get out of that. Without my anxiety I probably wouldn't be here.
It's still there, though. I get anxious when I get really tired or when I get caught up in something stressful.
I'm not sure if this is something everyone has, but I always get annoyed when people don't like themselves. If someone doesn't like themselves then it's very difficult for me to like them.
