Geoff Ramsey personality type is ISFJ, as anything else would be a stretch. Do we need to go into the ISFJ theory? No. What I want to do is show you how ISFJs type, and I'll link you to a few examples. However, I won't be discussing the ISFJ theory, because despite how I feel about it personally, it's not relevant to the point here.
ISFJs are "caretaker" types in a way that is very easy for people to see, but which it's important to see in a deeper way.
What does "caretaker" mean? For starters, ISFJs are very good at taking care of people. They're very good at helping people with things they need help with, and they're very good at making sure that everyone can have a good time and that everyone's needs will be met. They don't do so in a "strictly follow orders" kind of way, though. They do it in a "make sure everyone can have fun and have what they need" kind of way.
ISFJs are very protective of those they care about.
