Hesmart personality type is ISTJ, the most common type in the US, which means that he follows the rules of the society, likes to organize and follow the path of least resistance. He will not take risks if he knows that he will be punished if he does not follow the rules. In other words, he is totally and completely dependant on the society.
The ISTJ has a hard time understanding why previous generations did not follow the rules of the society, but it is absolutely logical.
The ISFJ is more of a loyalist. He follows the rules, he is not so rebellious as the ISTJ, and he wants to be part of the society which he belongs to. He is not so much afraid of being punished as the ISTJ, because he knows that he will be accepted in the society, even if he does not follow all the rules.
This is why we have a lot of ISTJ engineers who never understand why people do not follow the rules all the time.
The ENTJ is not a follower at all. He can create his own path, his own rules and for sure, he will be very successful in that, since he is a very ambitious person.
