A: A great leader has to possess certain qualities that are all about energy. There are people who are good leaders because they’re tough and they’re rigid and they’re tough to get along with. They don’t ask questions; they make decisions. But you need to be able to be sensitive to others’ needs and make decisions in a way that is not self-serving.
