They are known for being quick thinkers, but sometimes this can be misused as a mask for being lazy, not really interested in the job at hand.
I am an ENTP, and I have been known to use that quality to get out of things that I don't actually want to do. I have also been known to use it in a more positive way, to brainstorm ideas, to think of new ways to improve things. I am also an ENTP, and I will often use humor and humor to get people to do things that they might not otherwise do.
I am often the person who will come up with an idea and then proceed to execute it without any input from others. This is usually surprising to others.
