I have this problem too, but I don't know who to turn to for help. I am a female, 17 years old, I'm from Germany. I have experienced all of these symptoms. I have gotten used to it over the years, but it still messes with my head to this day.
I have gotten into some sort of habit of doing this. It started when I was 11 when I first started sleeping with my male best friend when we were in our early teens. I can't remember when it started happening but I do know that it has always happen even when I'm not sleeping with him. Recently, when I was in my early twenties, I had a romantic relationship with a guy and it started happening again.
I can't explain why it happens, I just know it does and I'm not sure if it's a psychological thing or something else. To be honest, it's really creeped me out and I've been in denial about it for many years.
