Luke Ross personality type is ESTP, but I don't see him as an ESTP. He's not aggressive, not blunt. He's a softie with a hard edge. There is nothing ESTPish about him. He's not very demonstrative or expressive, but he's very intense and I see him as a very strong, focused guy. And that's why I think he's an INFP. He is the type that is extraordinarily focused on his work and his life and when he comes up with an idea, he goes in with a vengeance. In other words, he's not an ENFP that's all about the party and having a good time. That's not Ross. He's not about being sociable, going to parties and building relationships for the sake of building relationships. Those things don't interest him at all.
I think you're right about his lack of demonstrativeness and he doesn't have the big, grand gestures that are so common with ESTPs like The Rock (Dwayne Johnson). The Rock is the biggest showman around and the guy famous for saying "you're fired" to his wayward managers. But Ross isn't like that.
