What is the personality type of Gary Cooper? Which MBTI personality type best fits? Personality type for Gary Cooper from People Of Classic Hollywood and what is the personality traits.
Gary Cooper personality type is ISFP, and during the first few minutes of the film, we see him as a young boy. He is nice and funny and completely undaunted by the fact that his father is a mean drunk who beats him and his mother. Later, we see him as a young man and he has all the same qualities. He's funny, unafraid to express his feelings, and is always trying to make everyone around him happy. He won't complain, and he always makes the best of what he has. He's a positive and nice young man, but also very gullible and naive. He believes that he can change his father's attitude, that he can make his father love him after all these years.
The other characters in the film are all very likeable. I loved Judy (Jean Arthur), Cooper's wife, who is always happy to help her husband and make him feel good. I liked the little girl who Cooper takes care of, and Cooper's father figure, who is a great guy and is always trying to help Cooper make his father like him again. The only character I felt was not really likeable was Charlie (William Holden), Cooper's boss at the newspaper.
