Syura Personality Type, MBTI

Syura personality type is ESTP, and myself, being a Si-Ne-Ti-FJ combo, I would be "Ne" in this case. From the standpoint of my intuition, it really doesn't matter which type you are, because each one is bound by their own intuition and their own views on what they need to do to get ahead. Yes, the INTJ's are the best at making money, but they don't run their companies the way they should; they don't see the need to listen to their employees. They would rather take that extra hour in the office and get it done themselves.
