Q: What does your Myers-Briggs personality type say about your artistic drive?
A: My Myers-Briggs personality type is Introvert, so I think it is likely that I was born with an artistic drive. Also, my mother is an artist, and she told me that her mother (my great-grandmother) was also an artist, and she is still alive. So, my artistic drive must be genetic.
Q: Tell us about your journey to becoming an artist.
A: I was always interested in art, but I never thought about it as a career. I thought I would go to college, get a degree, and then become an attorney or maybe work in the nonprofit world. But in the ninth grade, I was really passionate about art, especially graphic design. I started drawing manga (Japanese comics) for fun, and then I realized that I could make a living doing designs for other artists. So, I decided to switch from art to graphic design, and it worked out pretty well!
