Io personality type is INFJ, an Introverted Intuitive Feeling Judging type. I’ve found that I have a particularly hard time expressing my emotions, especially around the last type of the Myers-Briggs Temperament Sorter, INFJ.
Sure, I can be very emotional about certain things, but expressing my emotions is difficult, and I tend to do it in a way that is sometimes very extreme.
I also tend to be very private with my emotions. I’m not one to share my feelings with anybody, even close friends or family. I’m very reserved when it comes to emotions.
I’m not saying you can’t be private with your emotions, but I am saying that you can express them in a way that is more open than me.
