Agamemnon personality type is ESFP, because ESFPs are often not very self-conscious about their emotions. They are often quite open about their emotions, to the point where they may even be too open. ESFPs can be overly sensitive to other people's emotions, which can make them appear spineless or to be too dependent. ESFPs may be quite sensitive to criticism, which can make them appear cowardly, especially to other ESFPs.
I think that the Jealousy/Envy part of the Agamemnon personality type description, is referring to the ESFP's desire for others to be happy and successful, and the feeling of being left out when others seem to have better luck.
I have certainly seen ESFPs get jealous if another ESFP gets more attention than them, or if they are being criticized. However, ESFPs are also very capable of working hard if they are put in a situation where they have to do so. I have seen ESFPs who are willing to go above and beyond, even if they are not getting much recognition for it.
However, I also know ESFPs who will do things for others, but aren't willing to do things for themselves.
