When I was younger, I was an over-achiever who felt like the world was out to get me. I was afraid of failure and what others might think of me. Eventually I realized that no one was really out to get me. Instead, I was looking to push myself to achieve more than was comfortable for me.
The ISFJ personality type is not always easy to understand or relate to. They are often considered the “quiet” type who are the glue that keeps the family together. They have a quiet demeanor which can be mistaken for being shy or not wanting to be bothered, but that is definitely not the case. The quiet person simply has their own opinions and wants to be left alone to think about them.
