Kelly Osbourne personality type is ENFP, which means she's a risk-taker whose ability to envision a future in which she's happy and successful is a strong motivation. Osbourne finds herself in a lot of situations that challenge her belief systems, and she doesn't know how to break out of them. She's also a perfectionist who tries to do things right the first time, and that's something ENFPs can get hung up on. A good example of this is in her dealings with co-workers at MTV. In her book, Osbourne talks about how she was constantly being asked to do things "just a little bit better," and she didn't have a problem with this, especially since she had a lot of freedom in being creative. However, this kind of perfectionism gets in the way of ENFPs when they have a job in which they have to work in a group or in a situation where they're not the decision-maker. Osbourne's co-workers at MTV didn't like her creative ideas or her quick wit, and she felt like she had to justify herself to them every time she did something. This constant need to justify herself was something Osbourne kept feeling after she left MTV, and it eventually led her into rehab.
