“I think it’s helpful for both types to understand the value of listening. Listening to someone who is not like you can help you learn more about how they work. I think INFJs are very good at listening, because they are constantly learning from their surroundings, and they know that they need to listen to people a lot to learn about them. ISFPs need to learn this skill.”
